What happens if I don’t like the item ordered?
Goods MUST be returned within 7 days, using a door to door service with tracking numbers. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel should you wish to return any items. These items should be addressed to:

How do I judge the size of an earring if I can't try them on?
We agree it’s always lovely being able to see the style fitted but in the case that you can’t, we try and have model images on our product pages so that you can get the look and feel of the particular style.
If you happen to purchase a style you’re not happy with (we hope this never happens) due to sizing etc. you are more than welcome to return the item within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging.
If you find a model image missing of a particular style and you would like to see, pop us a mail on info@jaggerandrose.com and we’ll get them loaded for you asap!
What must I do if an item breaks or is faulty?
We do offer a guarantee against faulty items. Kindly quote your order number, and return said item to:

What happens should an item need repair but falls outside of the 180 days?
We understand that you fall in love with some items and want them repaired. Please send the item with a detailed description of the repairs needed to Customer Care: Shop 24A, Waterstone Village Centre, Somerset West, Cape Town. Our efficient support team will contact you with a quotation for the repair.
